As an amateur boxer turned fitness/boxing/self-defense coach, I have been to the gyms in almost four different countries and have worked out in the best gyms with teachers, doctors, military, law enforcement, and even Special Forces guys from around the globe. Each and every experience has taught me something new and worth knowing. When it comes to fitness, I like to think that the human body is not just made to lift heavy weights aimed at targeting the growth of specific muscles. We were made to climb mountains, swim seas, and run miles before we ever got tired, and that is the true definition of fitness.
